Coming Soon...Brother's Ilk

A while ago I mentioned that I was going to be releasing a collection with my brother, Jamie Meeks. Here is some news on that:

The book will be out later this year and will include 10-12 stories from me and 8-10 stories from Jamie. My stories will be ranging from bizzaro, to classic horror to one that is Lovecraftian bio-steampunk. Most of his stories will be bizzaro and when I say they will strange, that might be an understatement. Along with the stories, each of us will be doing a small introduction and there will be an afterward that gives some background to the stories in the collection. Right now we are working hard to finish up our stories so they can be edited, and we are also working on a cover idea that will fit in with our styles. In my opinion, a cover can sometimes make or break a book.

I will be announcing a release date by the end of September.

Reviews of At the Gates of Madness

While there are a few reviews up here of At the Gates of Madness, Barnes and Noble has 28 up, all of them are pretty positive and make me damn happy that so many people seem to be liking what I write. I spent a lot of time on those stories, and even though I am not 100% happy with it due to some editing issues, people seem to be over looking it and taking it for what it is. Hopefully more people will add reviews on here for it, but for now, you can head over there and see what people think.
It is also the cheapest site for the print copy (wink wink, nudge nudge):
