Brian Raif was born near Houston, TX, and the smog somehow gifted him with radioactive powers. As a result, Brian and his family had to move to an Air Force base in Colorado shortly after his birth, until he could come to control his super human abilities. Brian eventually came home to Texas with his family, but not until after The Blizzard of 1982, the creation of the Chicken McNugget, President Reagan’s ban on chemical weapons, the discovery of the Titanic wreckage, and the maiden voyage of shuttle Atlantis. Brian will neither confirm nor deny his involvement in any of these events.

But, if you’re attempting to become a writer for an audience, it is your duty to provide a service to your readers. A systems administrator, a surgeon, a business manager, or an emergency services professionals all have days where their job is harder to do because they don’t feel inspired to do it. It is commonly called Monday. They pull up their boot straps and get to work.

The best advice I can give you for combating what you’re calling writer’s block is to keep writing. You don’t have writer’s block, you creative mind is sore from being over worked and under trained. Keep writing. It will get easier.(less)
