Memoirist, survivor, and advocate for messy healing. I write about life’s twists and turns, the courage it takes to heal, and the stories that shape us.

When I’m not writing or advocating, I’m running my business, The Merry Assistant, helping authors and small business owners thrive - and occasionally being bossed around by my fabulous feline team: Leo, Izzy, Pearl and Marble Cats, coffee, and creativity keep me going.

When I am not working or herding cats, I like to entertain my husband and kids with my fabulous dance moves and hilarious jokes - because you should never take yourself too seriously!
