“We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of heaven. We have been preserved, these many years, in peace and prosperity. We have grown in numbers, wealth and power, as no other nation has ever grown.
But we have forgotten God. We have forgotten the gracious hand which preserved us in peace, and multiplied and enriched and strengthened us; and we have vainly imagined, in the deceitfulness of our hearts, that all these blessings were produced by some superior wisdom and virtue of our own.
Intoxicated with unbroken success, we have become too self-sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace, too proud to pray to the God that made us! It behooves us, then to humble ourselves before the offended Power, to confess our national sins, and to pray for clemency and forgiveness.
Abraham Lincoln, “A National Day of Fasting, Humiliation, and Prayer.” Proclamation March 30, 1863”

This is a very frightening time we are in right now, with the government taking over so many areas and targeting those who do not subscribe to their ideologies. The scandals with the IRS & Benghazi are being covered up. People are being forced into a system with Obamacare that they cannot afford. Religious freedom is being challenged. Our parental rights are being challenged. With all of these things taking place, people are looking for hope and answers. It won't be fixed in the political system no matter what we do, so what is the answer?
Red Alert America, Sound the Alarm is not only a wake up call, but it holds hope and answers for us, and the reason it needs to be reviewed is that it needs to be read. The message in the book urgently needs to get out. Time is running short for America. As we are come to another anniversary of 9-11, it's a time to reflect on the greatness of America and the wonderful freedom that we have taken it for granted.
Written from a Christian perspective, Red Alert is a prophetic, urgent, and very timely wake up call for us all. There are some amazing quotes from the founders that, if you didn't know it was written in another time, you would think it was written today. As you read, you will see where we began as a nation, how we declined, and what we need to do in order to save and restore America.
