I've added title to my only very slightly shorter hand written "to - read" shelf. My policy is to download the sample on Amazon and if I like what I've read I purchase the book. There are a lot of books on my list so don't be surprised if you don't hear anything for quite a while! Best of luck with seeking reviews - have you tried Rosie's Reviews and Readers Favourite? I did start out with a small publisher, but I like to have total freedom with where my books take me. (less)

The book started slowly, and I almost didn't continue reading it. I'm pleased I did, as from the midway point, the story picks up and becomes a suspenseful read.
Recommend for lovers of suspense and thrillers.

I really enjoyed this dual-time-line book, set in both the present and World War II. The pace and interest were consistent throughout the read, and the characters were believable.

Reading this book was like having a great big hug. Nothing too deep, but it has a little bit of everything - romance, the supernatural, social & literary history and mystery & suspense. The equivalent of a good quality Sunday night TV drama.
