I try to publish two novels a year. My family has always been so supportive of my writing that it makes it easier to finish two books a year. I can see you write about Egypt. I'm impressed. In a sense, our books do have similar themes such as mystery and crime..human trivialities.. The difference is that yours is set in Egypt.(less)

Among other things, you'll find that you're not the first person who was ever confused
“Among other things, you'll find that you're not the first person who was ever confused and frightened and even sickened by human behavior. You're by no means alone on that score, you'll be excited and stimulated to know. Many, many men have been just as troubled morally and spiritually as you are right now. Happily, some of them kept records of their troubles. You'll learn from them—if you want to. Just as someday, if you have something to offer, someone will learn something from you. It's a beautiful reciprocal arrangement. And it isn't education. It's history. It's poetry.”
J.D. Salinger, The Catcher in the Rye

“I looked at everyone and wondered where they came from, and who they missed, and what they were sorry for.”
Jonathan Safran Foer, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close

“Life is not a matter of holding good cards, but of playing a poor hand well.”
Robert Louis Stevenson

“Made to observe the vastness of our world, the greater breadth and depth of stars unfurled, the mind can grasp an order and a plan and ponder the deep question, "Who is man?”
Mary Angeline Bell, Triumphs I & II

“If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.”
