However, they soon realize just how much a person will screw their lives trying to be a lone wolf. They realize that a life without the Lord at the helm of that life is a hollow shell, a fake. Only when they turned their lives over to the mercy of the Lord did life become worth living. Even during the most dark and dangerous part of ones life He will always be with you. His rod and staff will comfort you.

Healing from a child’s heart

I had blonde hair and blue eye as a child. As I grew up my hair changed to a light brown and my eyes to hazel. One day my mom told me as she was combing my hair, “Why did your hair changed to such a mousey brown and your eyes to ugly hazel. I wanted at least one child to keep blonde hair and blue eyes.” I had no answer for her question. For I had no control over the changes.

Fast forward 63 years.
