Les Oiseaux est un oiseaux rebelle

Snazzy optics. Not required but fun.

This weekend I’ve been waffling over something that, in the past, I would not have thought about twice. The SO remarked, “The fact you are waffling is the answer in itself.” To which I replied, “You sound like Gran.” That is to say, damn, you’re right but I’d rather not admit it because it makes me really sad. Indra’s Quotes

“My love for Heathcliff resembles the eternal rocks beneath: a source of little visible delight, but necessary. Nelly, I am Heathcliff! He’s always, always in my mind: not as a pleasure, any more than I am always a pleasure to myself, but as my own being. So don’t talk of our separation again: it is impracticable; . . .”
