CIA versus DEA in the war on drugs

I lived it and wrote about it in two best sellers, THE BIG WHITE LIE and DEEP COVER; the conversations quoted in both supported by recordings. Recently the president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, cited the Big White Lie as a reason that he exiled DEA from Bolivia. Anyone have any comments or questions?
