Same series, new look!

Hello, my deadlings and dead things! The Revenants in Purgatory series has had a makeover and it's finally time to unleash these covers into the world.  All titles are currently available now! Don't miss out on the chance to get caught up on the series before the next book releases this summer.
Picture Buy now on AMAZON Prayer for the Dead
(R.I.P #1) The story about a girl who lived, died, and met a guy...
in that order.

Is it possible to find true love while condemned to purgatory until the end of days? Olivia Brennan isn’t looking to find out. Her afterlife is nothing special — her days spent working for a division of Purgatory and Associates, her nights usually occupied with reruns or a good book.

Everything changes when her best friend coaxes her into a girls' night out one fateful evening. The handsome stranger eyeing her from across the club seems too good to be true. Drake proves to be witty, charming, and considerate to a fault, despite the all-too-familiar sadness that lurks behind his eyes. It seems Fate has finally brought Olivia a kindred spirit, someone she can truly relate to.

But can she move past her own dark regrets from the life she left behind?Or will falling for him demand the ultimate sacrifice—her soul?

Picture Buy now on AMAZON Aeonian Kiss
(R.I.P #2) What happens to the dead when they die?

It wasn’t a question Olivia Brennan ever thought to ask. After all, once you've been to Hell and back, how much worse can things get? Her harrowing descent has already cost her everything—her home, her career, the man she loves. But when an enemy resurfaces looking to settle a score, she learns there’s more to lose than she ever imagined.

Purgatory harbors many secrets, and Olivia has landed smack dab in the middle of their tangled web. Faced with an impossible choice, she must reach into the darkest parts of her soul for the strength she needs to save everyone she loves. But even if she succeeds, will she ever be the same again?
Maybe some questions are best left unanswered.

Picture Buy now on AMAZON Despite Serendipity
(R.I.P #1.5 Companion Novella) A boring night, a crowded club. Portia Winters has had her fill of both. She's one cheesy pickup line away from losing her mind when Tore Brennan slides up onto the barstool next to hers. When the DJ plays the perfect song, she seizes the opportunity to show him everything she's come to feel for him since they first met over a decade ago.

Tore loves the nightlife — the music, the alcohol, and the easy women. All that could change when his perfect woman drags him onto the dance floor. Portia's classy, gorgeous, and everything he’s ever dreamed of. Can he abandon his playboy ways for a chance to prove he can be the man she deserves? Or will old habits die hard?  What do you think of the new covers? Leave me a comment below. I'd love to hear from ya!

Project: Roaming Reaper update

Hello, my darlings. Sorry to invade your inbox two days in a row. It was brought to my attention that some of you wanted to sign up to participate in the project, but couldn't submit your form through the email. I can only chalk this up to a technical glitch and offer my apologies. For those still interested in participating, please follow the link below. It will direct you to the page on my blog where the original form resides.

Project: Roaming Reaper

Picture Hello, my deadlings and dead things! It's finally time to get Project: Roaming Reaper rolling! It's only taken me many months to do so, but what can I say? I'm a writer. We procrastinate. It's what we do. Anywho... "So what is Project: Roaming Reaper?" you might be asking. Here's a little background for those not in the know.

Last October I took a trip, returning to the state of my birth, the great land of Ohio. It was a lot of fun and Demoura (my little reaper) tagged along. We chronicled our adventures on Facebook so her adoring public could see the high jinks we were up to. (You can also check out part of our trip by watching the slideshow below.) After the journey was over I had a number of people express interest in having Demoura visit them, so they too, could get into some shenanigans with her. Wallah! Project: Roaming Reaper was born.

So, now it's time my friends. Demoura wants to see the world. I don't have pockets deep enough to take her myself so this is where we'll need your help. If you'd like to have Demoura make a stop with you along her travels, simply fill out the form below. She'd love to go on vacation with you or simply be shown around your home town! She's a free spirit and will go where ever the wind takes her. Once we have a few people signed up, we'll send her out and see what kind of trouble she can get into!
Project: Roaming Reaper Sign Up Rules for participation: 1. If Demoura comes to visit you, she'll need to be returned to me via mail. The return postage is a cost to you. I'll pay to ship her out, you'll pay to ship her back. By signing up to participate, you assume this small cost.

2. By participating, you'll agree to return Demoura on a date we agree upon. By returning her late the next person in line will have to wait and that's not cool, dude. You don't want to be the guy who screws up everyone's fun. Get her back on time and we'll all be happy campers.

3. You'll need to email me the photos of all the fun Demoura has, so her trip can be posted here on the blog. By signing up to participate, you'll give me permission to use the photos you send. Of course you'll receive credit and the photos will only be used for the purposes of this project and not resold or reused in any fashion.

4. Demoura will need to be cared for while she spends time with you. By participating in the project, you promise not to wreck or destroy Demoura and return her to me in the condition in which she arrived. Trust me, you do not want to piss off a Reaper. Keep her clean!

5. If you have certain dates you'd like Demoura to visit (for example: you're going on vacation and want her to tag along) please list those dates below. I'll try to accommodate as best I can. However, I make no promises as this will work on a first come first serve basis. Also, dates are wholly dependent on if the previous person returns her to me on time.

I think that about covers it. More rules may be added as the project progresses and any rules are subject to change at my discretion. If you've made it this far into the form you must really want a certain little reaper to pay you a visit! Hooray! Please fill out the following fields to secure your spot in the project. Demoura looks forward to seeing you soon! Name * First Last Email (only for the purposes of communication. I won't share your information with anyone else.) * Address (so Demoura knows where to go) * Line 1 Line 2 City State Zip Code Country Are there certain dates you'd like Demoura to visit? If not, just write "open availability" * Do you agree to the terms and rules outlined above? * Totally! Send that little reaper my way! Submit

                                     Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2015!  This is the year hover boards will be all the rage, flying cars will become common place, and our shoes will tie themselves!
Huzzah! I hate tying my shoes. It's so hard. This will also be the year for changes in the world of social media. Big changes are coming to Facebook soon and it's going to be harder for authors to connect with their readers as a result. Simply following an author's page will no longer matter unless said author pays for you to see their post.
Picture Unfortunately most of us don't have that sort of budget. But I refuse to let Facebook keep us apart! Damn, the man! Together we shall spit in the face of corporate greed and... Okay, I might be taking that a step too far but there are ways around this.

If you'd like to keep up to date on the latest news for the R.I.P. series or just happen to enjoy my particular brand of nonsense, listed below are the alternative ways to connect with little old me.  Picture My Amazon author page- Did you know that your favorite authors have Amazon author pages and you can follow all their shenanigans directly from where you purchase their books? Cool, huh?

See? There are other ways you can stalk me or we can keep in touch, whichever term you find less creepy. So don't despair if your favorite authors suddenly fall off your news feed. Be proactive, seek us out. We'll get lonely. We'll miss you. Most importantly, we appear less crazy if there's someone to actually talk to. Happy New Year!

WARNING: Excessive Sarcasm & Adult Language

Irreverent, twenty-something journalist, Dylan Hart, is not your average heroine. With a big butt and an even bigger mouth, she has her work cut out for her when she decides to cash-in on the blood-drained bodies of seven prostitutes scattered throughout southern California.
In an attempt to write her first bestselling novel and pay off her ever-growing student debt, Dylan begins the search for the culprit of the media-dubbed Vampire Massacres, diving head first into L.A.’s sanguinary ‘vampire’ subculture. Before long, Dylan finds herself tits deep in plastic fangs, velvet capes, and hooker corpses. Plastic or not, those fangs are razor sharp and out for blood, nosy journalist blood.
With her best friend in tow, and two contrasting boy-babes at her heels, the crew is pulled into an all too real sanguinarian lifestyle and dragged them through a bloody good mystery. Horrible pun intended.

WARNING: Extreme use of the F bomb. Reader beware

The graciously irreverent heroine, Dylan Hart is at it again. With a couple of headless corpses under her belt, Dylan's crunchy exterior has reached maximum density. In The Big Easy, surrounded by ‘vampire’ elite, Dylan finds herself entangled in the underground world of blood and magic at the Endless Night Masque de Sang.
With an unexpected cohort, Dylan begins her descent into what she thinks will be a weekend filled with the macabre romance of the sanguinary community. Leaving behind her familiar city and any ally she may have, it quickly becomes obvious she's alone in a sea of dangers she never knew existed.
When a chance encounter brings a fascinating woman into her world, Dylan is forced to sift through fact and fiction to uncover a much more frightening villain. Voodoo. Who do?

WARNING: Extreme use of the F bomb. Reader beware

Dylan Hart has found herself in quite the conundrum. Locked in her apartment with an unknown voodoo beastie hot on her tail, she's ass deep in death and it's knocking down her door. Literally.
Searching for the truth, if only to save her own life, Dylan must decide who she can trust. When she makes a deal with an old acquaintance of Cyrus to rid her curse, she is forced to get in touch with a familiar contact and unleashes more than she bargained for.
With no other choice but to return to New Orleans and the source of her torment, Dylan is faced with an opponent she may not outlive. Survival becomes key and anything else, like sanity, can only be a hope. Before the day is done, death will take over and nothing will ever be the same again.
Endless Night left you with your heart pounding and your stomach in your butt. Sacrifice will flip you upside down and take you on a ride that will leave your knees quivering and your head lying on the floor...literally
