About 5 years ago i had the worst experience of my life. My whole entire life took a 180° turn. After i fell amd broke my legs it was a trying time. I broke the tibial plateau, tore the meniscus on my right leg, and the tiniest bone in my left foot and 5 explosion breaks.

It took so much oit of me mentally I broke. Not just broke but fell so deep i to a depression I didn't even know where to begin. I had to sit for 6 months in a wheelchair. Then came physical therapy, more doctors. At the end of last year I had my l4/l5 fused.

I ended up with a hematoma that ruptured and they found 2 2.3 cm cysts on my adrenal gland. A month later, they removed my adrenal gland. Wanna talk about exhaustion, it was brutal. It was after all of this i learned ...more

To those whose live feel shattered and broken. Those piece may look small and the task to rebuild great, but please remember this:

You are allowed to take your time, you are allowed to re break. It will only go at the speed it needs to. No one can tell you how long healing should take, it’s not up to them. Have your breaks, allow the tears to flow; the pain maybe huge but not as big as before.
