I’m so thrilled to be a part of the Superotica Advent Calendar 2015 presented by Tamsin Flowers.

If you haven’t already read through the existing entries starting from December 1, you’re certainly in for a treat.

I hope you enjoyed Under Snow. You can find me on Twitter, or back at my official site when I finalize moving hosts.

Very best for the Holiday Season.

A Snog for Sommer

A Snog for SommerToday I find myself in the company of over 50 60 others (I am no. 26) who are participating in the A Snog for Sommer event. Readers should find themselves in great company with contributions from a variety of notable authors.

So treat yourself by hopping around to as many participating blogs as you can, if not all of them. And please, do not forgot the reason for this event, which is to help out author Sommer Marsden (whose family is going through a difficult time). If you are able to donate any amount, it would be deeply appreciated.

This is a kissing excerpt from Spartan:

“Thank you, but I’m not some hapless woman.”

Surprise laced his voice. “I didn’t think you were.”

The car was cool against my back in contrast to Alexander’s heated body pressed against me. My mouth fell open, indignation at the edges as I looked up into his face, but nothing came out. I could have pushed him away, but I didn’t. I was riveted, his hard physique no longer a figment of my imagination. Instinctively I arched, the tide of desire racing across my skin. My breasts flattened between us as my nipples tightened painfully.

In an envelope of leather and flesh, I met his lips. I crushed the fabric of his jacket in my hands, as his palms cradled my face. Neither of us stood on ceremony. Our wine licked tongues slipped together, kissing as though we were starved for the taste. His thigh slid between my legs, pushing the seam of my jeans against me. Wet, I rocked my hips, swallowing his low groan. The vibration echoed down to my clit, and a strangled gasp escaped me. Alexander kissed with bruising restraint, on the edge of that something that was harder, and darker. That something that I recognized in him. And I wanted it.

Abruptly I broke the kiss, my face pulling away from his hands, fists still balled in his jacket, both of us panting heavily. I let go, my open palms in front of me, looking down between us. He stepped back carefully with a deep breath and shoved his hands in his pockets.

If you enjoyed the kiss, please let me know. As a small token of my thanks for your participation, I have a couple of e-copies of Spartan to give away and will make the selection from the comments.

Happy Snogging,

Sacha

Smut for Good

If you’ve reading erotic fiction for some time you’ll probably be familiar with certain author circles and styles, and probably with the name Sommer Marsden. Alongside her novels, her short works have been featured in over one hundred and twenty-five anthologies.

Smut for Good is holding A Snog for Sommer on September 14. Participating authors will post a kissing excerpt from their works on the day, and readers can blog hop around to read these various excerpts, and hopefully in the process raise some money to assist Sommer’s family through the hardship they are experiencing.

So far over thirty authors will be posting excerpts, myself included. Visit the Smut for Good website for more details.

(I forgot to add… Team Shepherd!)

Troy (A Winter Novel #2) – Excerpt

I have an admission. When writing Spartan, I agonized over the ending. You see, I had never intended to write a cliffhanger. (Oops, yes, if you didn’t know, Spartan has a cliffhanger.) I considered holding off publishing Spartan because the continuing story in Troy was still a long way from being put down on paper. Cliffhangers are unpopular (and viewed by readers as a cheap ploy sometimes), I know, but sometimes we don’t have complete control. After a break, and submitting for anthologies, I’ve finally come back to Troy, or rather it came back to me. Below you’ll find a small excerpt:

I played it over, our sighs synchronizing as I listened to his voice. Until that point, I really had no idea how much I had needed to hear it. This time it wasn’t just that slow throb at the mere hint of him, the ache consumed my entire being. I felt weak, and head in hand stared at the edge of the table as I concentrated on breathing. I wanted to call him back, but the time-stamp indicated he had called on the Friday evening, before the accident and before he’d met…

There is much to be revealed the second installment, and there is still a tentative release date set for December 2014. Troy picks up where Spartan ended and continues on in the vein of a contemporary fiction with erotic and romantic elements.
