I moved to Washington DC in 1973 to kick around for a few weeks until I decided on a real career. I ended up riding a classic BMW R50/2 for ABC News during Watergate. Carrying that news film was the beginning of a 40-year career that has included producing Emmy Award-winning television news, writing everything from magazine articles to standup comedy and developing many of the earliest forms of online media.

After producing stories in Beirut, Hong Kong, El Salvador, and all 50 states, I still live right outside Washington, DC because my wife and my dog simply refuse to live anywhere else.

I have just finished a memoir of those early years and am in search of an agent.

Terry Irving Hey Folks

I've just read the Guidelines about Spamming and I hope this doesn't cross the line.

So, Courier is just about to (FINALLY) hit the market and I would just like to request any Friends and Admirers out there to put Courier on their To-Read List. So far, I have one person and that might just be me.

Also, those of you who have actually read the book in galleys, please post up an honest review to give readers a clue about the plot. I'm beginning to wonder if a motorcycle/political thriller set in 1972 was the best idea but it's too late to insert a vampire at this point.

Thanks!Courier

Terry Irving This is going to be SO embarrassing. I only "read" (listen, technically) to Science Fiction, Fantasy, Thrillers and other trash. I'm going to have to make up classy books so I don't look like a complete moron.
