Syed Amaan Ahmad, born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on June 14, 1983, is an Indian poet, writer, thinker and artist with two published books. The Dark Verses: Collection of poems was published in Europe. Amaan’s second book titled The Absurdity is a psychological novelette published recently in two versions: Paperback and Ebook.

Amaan has won several awards in the International Poetry Competitions. His writing revolves around the strong subjects such as surrealism and absurdism. He is a metaphysical writer who often stresses on the dark side of life along with the abstract and psychological factors.
