According to generally accepted definition, pragmatism is philosophy that ignores the importance of theoretical discussion, but emphasizes importance of final effect.
There were a few theories with so many opponents. Sincerely, I don't see what is so bad in desire for final effect of some action, to be emphasized. Speaking about theoretical discussion, by my thinking, it is important only if it is just a step toward the practical solution. If we prolong theoretical discussion with no practical reason, it becomes gluttonous of energy.
What you also can hear about pragmatism is that, it is a connection, a bridge, a compromise between optimism and pessimism. My book, "Mind Purification", deals with that subject.
I believe that idea of pragmatism is the best one that twentieth century has brought to us. Pragmatism is not the special philosophical direction, but the fulcrum from where we could look at the other philosophical directions and to explain their influences based on effect of these philosophies. Book, "Steps of Pragmatism", is based on that idea.
I will not praise the pragmatism, but I will speak to you about some sociological and philosophical topics on the base of their products.

Here is the feedback of your book:

My being has instinctively observed that you started out with a bang, especially when you made it very clear that most methods used to purify the-Mind should be based mostly upon the type of the personal individual:  You made it clear that what's constructive to some may be destructive to others; and what is destructive to some may be constructive to others.  You assure "The-Self" that not only is "mind purification" hard work, but it's a dirty job as well; and you also stated that not just any clean-up job is going to get the work successfully done, at least in a full sentient level:  It's more than just cleaning; it's about reconstructing some non-applicable traditional ethics to suit the applicable individual, in which in turn allow the ethics, now known to be deformities to many, to progress at personal perceptual evolutionary status.

You are 100% accurate when you've mentioned that a man, at the "moment" of his birth, is truly an empty panel: in other words, if my being is not mistaking your writing, you mean to say that one is born with a blank "psychical" slate (Tabula-rasa), and not with mental preconditions as many "believe" that they are, or that others are.  Also, it seems that the-World can misinform individuals about quasi-preconditioned outcomes of life and time that's in relation to each individual, or in a chain of collective individuals.  Nonetheless, you've explained that the reconstruction of personal ethics can be as easy as processing non-biased information as practical wisdom.

You've pointed out the importance of acknowledging one-self to be trained on how to directly use his/her mental capacities instead of being passive, and allowing an automaton thought-processing engine do the work for you.  Directly accessing mental capacities for reconstructing deformity ethics, allows one-self to achieve true wisdom on how to alter harmful mental functions, in which you call it,  on how to rid of "mental waste," the kind of  mental actuation that doesn't benefit the body, but can only wear out the energy from the body.  This is of the utmost importance since after all, you made it clear that mental actuation are the base for biological behavioral reaction to specific or particular information:  If the information of ethics is a deformity, it is mostly possible that the origin of the information is lost, or unknown, and therefore, harmful.  Indeed, as you put it, every single mental actuation depends upon the type of origin(s) of thoughts.  Without knowing the origins of our thought processing types, the mental functions of that type of thought remains shapeless and without meaningful construct, and therefore, having a great possibility for the function itself to disappear; leaving the individual with a harmful dirty mind.

You've provided a list of "figurative concepts" that one should work on balancing them to beneficiary statuses.  And they are:

INTEMPERANCE: something that must be worked with if the individual even expects to at least talk and ponder about his/her treatment to cure mental thought deformities:  If not, the lack of restraint will then allow the individual to be consumed of such deformity that will only drain his/her capacity from evolutionary mental development.

LUST: something that an individual should be concerned with since sexuality has an imperative aspect in every person's life.  You've explained the necessity to balance sexuality so that it doesn't overwhelm the individual to a point that it may consume too much mental recourse, which in turn may allow lust and intemperance to exist side by side, initializing other factors of mental actuation that can also become a deformity.

JEALOUSY: is ultimately one of the most destructive deformity there is, simply because, as you stated, it stimulates hatred: this then gives a chain reaction of blocking normal functions of the-Mind and body, allowing destructive thoughts to automatically initiate that can beget malicious fatal deeds to the individual.  This is a force that interferes and destroys constructive "righteous systems" of collective social coagulum.  Hence, the importance that this is dealt with immediately.

HEDONISM: in this realm of self-indulgence, there are three aspects that should be considered, and they are laziness, negligence and the lack of happiness and joy.  But of all three, the most imperative aspect is the ability, or capacity, to be happy, not in the sense that is should be a thing to pursue, but instead a condition of a "metaphorical path."  Thus making it a "preconditioned" demeanor before any other pursuit is in "want," or in action.

All in all, you made it clear that a healthy bubble of intellect and sexuality is the mandatory standard pillar to a healthy psyche.  You've also explained that the best way to fight against a collective dependency social complex, is to rise to self grounding assurance in order for an individual to build independent values instead of from others: this will reconstruct a full sentient thought process that allows one to do away with non-applicable deformity ethics, in which then develops an evolutionary capacity of great wisdom and superiority.  You've also mentioned other factors of explanations concerning with "figurative criteria" of greed, rage and fear, and the "literal" actuation of workaholism:  And the importance of acknowledging their dangers, quasi-similarities, and their involuntary dynamical pseudo manifestations, which are all simplistically written so that it can easily be understood by the language of "The-Self."

In conclusion to this solely "objective" review/feedback, you stress the importance of not avoiding only some simple elementary rules of life; suggesting that simplicity is usually the best way to go and handle imminent occasions, occurrences and challenges.  One should not act and ambitiously achieve things, or persons, at the expensive of compromising just a few simple elementary life rules: in this way, complicated deformities, mental and socially, are prevented.  The main other thing is to remain grounded, avoiding fantastical ideologies of preordained destinies and fates, for it is imperative that an individual realizes his/her own full capacity and potential of superiority; thus, finally purifying the "dirt(s)" in the-Mind.

With one final instinctual observation from mine end, you make it very clear that to everything that exists, there are two sides (aspects) to them all: one is the "literal," and the other is the "metaphorical" or the "figurative:"  Therefore, when it comes to power, or strength, one must understand the two sides of strength if the individual expects to truly be strong: with this clear understanding, instead of possessing one or the other, the possibility of possessing both at once becomes a reality: in this way, an individual can have both "literal" biological physical strength, and simultaneously possess the "figurative" social power to rise transcendentally, and thus overcome the fear of the inevitable and imminent death that befalls us all, thus obtaining his/her own sense of conceptual justice that will eventually, and finally, provide an equilibrium capacity to fully purify the-Mind.

They are special in so many ways.
They are something that can change the destiny of universe.
The greatest problem they have is their own stubbornness.
But that time is near its end, because he is born.
Meet the Aisurs.
Meet the Tuarden people.
Meet the beginning of the revolution.

Naivety and violence... so it usually happens at the beginning... at the time of birth of a race.
Refelden was in no way special. Just another world in infinite space.
He has long lifeless orbiting around its hot sun before gods on it didn't start their game of creation and destruction.
Divine- Nature has descended her two sons on that world where they killed each other in a fighting rage, but... sons of gods are the gods themselves. For them, death is nothing but the time between two lives.
Winner was in that moment caught with sadness knowing that there will be another battle. The defeated will rise again -echoed in his mind. In depth of his mind and with the power bestowed upon him by the parents, the winner is reposed on the other side of the world and the creation started from his soul.
Aisur race was born.
They were so innocent, so young, ignorant. But it was all at the beginning.
The gods gave them the will to live, memory to remember the mistakes and successes, the emotions that drive them on development or ruin and consciousness so they could distinguish themselves from the others.
Males were physically stronger, quick mind and a strong will. Gods gave a sense of aesthetics and mathematical mind to Females.
But that was not all... Among Aisurs were born a being so unusual that gods themselves thought twice before they made them. They were Allen Kadurs. Sexless Aisurs as they are called, were a special category that is in some indescribable way complement every sphere of social life on Refelden.
Allen Kadurs also got the most valuable gift from the gods – spark of Divine-Nature. Their mind was so open what make them able to recognize the will of high harmony and hear her advice. With the very thoughts they enslaved physical world.
There were some brakes on the Aisurs progress. Like every race in its development, they encountered difficulties. There is conflict and natural disasters. On some occasion the gods put theirs hands on further progress.
But in the end there were always Allen Kadurs.
Sexless were not very interested in Aisur’s social life. They preferred isolation and study of high harmony and its messages. But... whenever the race fell into serious problems, sleeping giants such as Allen Kadurs were up to help his people.
Race have multiplied and spread. Refelden became small. Aisurs then began to look for a home around the stars. In all that glory gods have set the limit. Allen Kadurs could only be born at the Refelden... or at least they thought so.
Aisurs, at that time, became one of the most powerful forces in the galaxy, but something stopped them...
As a grain of sand that hit a mountain in its most painful spot, Refelden was wounded. It happened what nobody could even think of. The most powerful and the closest beings to Heigh Harmony- Allen Kadurs, lost their sanity.
No one knows how it happened or what caused it, but from serene Aisurs withdrawn into the depths of theirs mind, their place took the beast of violence and destruction.
Billions died in the war against Allen Kadurs- in vain. When they saw that the fight can not be won, the command of the Tuarden people ordered the survivors board the six large starships. Thise contraptions were the biggest technology wonders Aisurs ever built and were to serve as a symbol of the glory of Tuarden nation. Instead, they became the refugee boats.
One ship was destroyed on takeoff while others managed to escape.
Refelden was left behind, but in theirs minds Allen Kadurs rage were still echoing. They hoped that they will see the beast never again.
Somewhere on halfway of their journey, the group of remaining five Tuarden’s ships was split so that only those from Etani and Fahius went to Maius.
They eventually found it. It was a highly inhospitable world to newcomers-polluted and with devastating storms in the atmosphere.
The leadership has finally decided Maius to being selected for settlement and ordered for environment transformers to be deployed around the globe. The world has changed in a few years and then from Etani and Fahius have launched all ten cities capsules. They were massive cities that were located in the best areas of the world. All but one. Tenth settlement has accidentally crashed into the sea along with all Aisurs it wore.
Evil never goes alone-wise people say. When Aisurs landed on Maius presence of an unknown chemical substance has been discovered.
It was not easy to define or categorize something that by all of laws of physics and chemistry could not exist... and should'n dare to exist. It was a chemical element with so variable conditions, so unstable that few people would dare to study it.
The very nature has changed by being close to higher concentrations of these substances. Aisurs called it dust, unstable mineral, the element of chaos.
Exactly that substance was to blame for the inability to re-contact with large ships. The combined effect of the environment transformers and element of chaos has caused that metal shavings concentrations increase reciprocal to the height of the Maius. There are no Tuardens planes that could break through the thick layer of metal particles and ride into space.
Tuardens Supreme Command on Maius ordered environment transformers to be shut down, but it was not the end of their troubles.
Element of chaos caused another unusual effect...
