Alexander Le brings a lifetime of service, grit, and hard-won perspective to the page. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he began his career as a Line Officer in the Navy’s "Silent Service," where he completed the military's most rigorous pipelines to earn his Submarine Warfare Insignia. It was a complete, flawless mirror image. Alex had taken every single one of Patrick’s uniforms out of the cramped sea bag, ironed out the transit creases, and hung them up with identical, precise spacing. His civilian shirts, his underwear, and his socks had been sorted and tucked neatly into the right-hand drawers.
Just how long was Patrick at the coffee shop?! 😂😂

Alex stood alone as she moved away. He realized then that he had built a pedestal for a man who might never have intended for Alex to stand on it with him.

"A great follow up to book 2

So we have Alex, the snack, walking around catching every man’s eye in this one. :-p there’s jealousy, a forced separation, and an unwavering love. Come for the military jargon, stay for the angst and playfulness. Lots of m" Read more of this review »
