The Warrior Worlds - Now Available

Greetings Mapped Spacers!

THE WARRIOR WORLDS is finally here!

I know it's been a long wait. I must be the slowest SF author on planet Earth, but producing a quality work takes a lot of time. So, thank you for your patience.

This week, Kirkus Reviews, the USA's oldest and most respected publishing industry reviewer, selected The Warrior Worlds for inclusion in its:

BEST INDIE BOOKS OF 2022

This list is of the top 100 Indie novels Kirkus reviewed in America this year across all genres. Kirkus review many thousands of novels each year, so it's a very tough list to make, especially for science fiction.

This recognition comes after Kirkus awarded The Warrior Worlds the coveted Kirkus Star earlier this year, an award given to books of 'exceptional merit', and also a rare achievement for a science fiction novel.

This is the second of my books to receive the double of a Kirkus Star and selection for the Best of the Year list, the last time being back in 2016 for The Mothersea.

If you like The Warrior Worlds, please give it a rating and a few words of endorsement on Amazon. Every rating helps spread the word.

How to buy The Warrior Worlds

The book is now available on Amazon. Links to the various markets can be found on my website at the following address:

Enjoy. I look forward to reading your comments on Amazon. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

I am delighted to announce that this week, I signed a major 5 book translation and mass market distribution deal with a national publisher in China. The deal includes all 5 of the Mapped Space titles:

The Mothership

All of these titles have received impressive reviews, feature cover art by renowned UK artist Tom Edwards, and were proofed and edited by my amazing wife Elenor.

The deal is with the Beijing Institute of Technology Press Co. Ltd, a well respected publisher of quality non fiction and fiction who have released more than 3,000 titles throughout mainland China.

Rationale for a densely populated universe

For fans of Mapped Space, here is an explanation of why the MSU (and perhaps our universe) is full of alien interstellar civilizations. The article also explains in detail the Hourglass Theory first presented in my novel The Mothersea. Enjoy!

The Riven Stars (Mapped Space 3) Available Now

Hi guys

The third Sirius Kade space opera / SF thriller has just launched, available for Kindle, Kobo and Apple iTunes and as a paperback on Amazon.

From the back cover:

"Blistering action ... arresting characters ... a densely plotted epic ... Renneberg aptly portrays strikingly different worlds ... (in) an exhilarating espionage tale involving the threat of galactic war."
- Kirkus Reviews

Earth Intelligence Service agent Sirius Kade is sent to intercept a mysterious visitor to the Orion Arm from the remote Cygnus Rim. He must discover why an alien race humanity has never before encountered conspires against Earth and its far flung colonies.

While civil war ravages mankind, Sirius discovers old and new enemies entwined in a sinister scheme of cosmic proportions. His mission takes him to barbaric human and oppressive alien worlds before a final reckoning in the ancient halls of galactic power.

Deceived and betrayed, Sirius is forced to choose between love and duty as the fate of galactic civilization is decided.
