A Wooden Ship and a Tin Can

I’m proud to announce my tenth work of fiction: A Wooden Ship and a Tin Can. This young-adult novel is the sequel to Benedict Arnold Wasn’t A Bum.

History touches teenager Gordon Beckwith. As a summer intern at the Charlestown Navy Yard, he slips into the past when he tours a destroyer and Old Ironsides.
His co-worker Summer Atkins hates their job. Their boss, Benny Goodman, doubts Gordon power. Will they survive the horrors of war?

The e-book or paperback version is available through Wings ePress or Amazon.

Benedict Arnold Wasn't A Bum

A boy touched by history, Gordon Beckwith returns in Benedict Arnold Wasn’t A Bum, the sequel to George Washington Ate Here!

As a summer intern at the State House in Boston, Gordon Beckwith tries to rescue Kent Winslow, a jealous co-worker, who slipped into a secret tunnel. After stepping back into the past, this teenager must convince Benedict Arnold not to desert the patriot cause on the eve of the second and decisive Battle of Saratoga. The lives of two teens and the future of America are at stake.

Available in e-book and paperback through Wings ePress and Amazon.

Latest workings

I'm currently writing the sequel to George Washington Ate Here! entitled Benedict Arnold Wasn't A Bum. It follows our hero Gordon Beckwith a year later with an interesting summer job.

I am putting the final touches to the fourth Cootch Connolly book, Banned Black in Boston.
