A Wooden Ship and a Tin Can
I’m proud to announce my tenth work of fiction: A Wooden Ship and a Tin Can. This young-adult novel is the sequel to Benedict Arnold Wasn’t A Bum.
History touches teenager Gordon Beckwith. As a summer intern at the Charlestown Navy Yard, he slips into the past when he tours a destroyer and Old Ironsides.
His co-worker Summer Atkins hates their job. Their boss, Benny Goodman, doubts Gordon power. Will they survive the horrors of war?
The e-book or paperback version is available through Wings ePress or Amazon.

My sequel to George Washington Ate Here! is scheduled for publication next year. It's called Benedict Arnold Wasn't A Bum. . .yes, he was a traitor. Our hero Gordon Beckwith just finished his freshman year and has taken a job as an intern at the State House in Boston. His tingly feelings from the previous summer resurface when he goes on an errand in the bowels of the capitol. Gordon unlocks a secret door to a tunnel where he meets Benedict Arnold. When he returns to the present, a jealous co-worker doubts this escapade, checks out this tall tale, and stumbles into Revolutionary America. Gordon must return to the past to find the teen and convince Arnold not to desert to Patriot's cause. The fate of America rests with Gordon.
