Would You Reopen a Case You Once Closed?

Five years ago, you investigated a case.

You examined the evidence.

Not enough to prove you were wrong.

Just enough to make you wonder.

Would you reopen the case?

That's the uncomfortable question at the heart of VOSS: Scene Documentation: Budapest.
