My New Year's Resolution.
1. 3 years ago, I did The Push-Up Challenge. 1,000 push-ups a day, over a period of an entire day. By Sept. of that year I could crank out 1,000 push-ups in a single day. Usually, a few hundred at morning, a few more in the afternoon, then finishing off 1,000 before bed. I felt like my body was made out of concrete when I was done.
