Elizabeth Denison is an emerging poet, author and career wellness educator. Her passion is for weaving the gifts of presence and intuitive witnessing into words to unite the visible and invisible worlds, and exploring the hidden facets of human nature.

Elizabeth’s first book is a transformational memoir, Shawnan Spirit Speaks: Love is the Forever Adventure (Merry Dissonance Press, 2026). Her poetry may be found in And Then (2026), The Smalls (2024),and The Smalls Too (2026).
