When she’s not writing, Karina is riding horses, running, practicing archery, and learning close-combat techniques—mostly to figure out how to get her characters in and out of trouble! She holds a Master of Science in Bioarchaeology (Zooarchaeology) and is fascinated by storytelling in both the ancient world and modern, and enjoys incorporating worldwide myths, legends, and concepts into her tales.

Bingeworthy Just the right amount of cozy, sweet, and spicy. I loved Gyrda and Sahginoth instantly, and the setting gave me Earth’s Children vibes. Loved every page.
