When she’s not writing, Karina is riding horses, running, practicing archery, and learning close-combat techniques—mostly to figure out how to get her characters in and out of trouble! She holds a Master of Science in Bioarchaeology (Zooarchaeology) and is fascinated by storytelling in both the ancient world and modern, and enjoys incorporating worldwide myths, legends, and concepts into her tales.

loved this so much Found this on booktok, read on kindle, and now I’ll be buying a hard copy for my collection. It was a great read (a stay-up-late fantasy romance mystery) and the characters were sensitively portrayed. I loved every bit of it!
