I turn off the television and cut down phone time which also helps me to focus. I also love the outdoors and exercising. The better you feel physically, spiritually and emotionally, the better the flow of hearing the voice of God, and your own voice. The key is to relieve yourself as much as possible of stress and anxiety to a state of peace and balance.(less)
