1 1/2 cups butter (softened)
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
4 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups milk
