Inspiration is the wrong word for me. Routine is the word that gets me writing. My daily writing routine is just as necessary for me as brushing my teeth and making a pot of coffee every morning. If I have an idea when I sit down to write, great! If not, I pick up the pen, put the tip on a pad of paper, and force it to start moving. Works every time! Routine is key for me. (less)
