In addition, pick up some crayons and draw -- buy the kind you had as a kid and smell them before you use the. Get some playdoh...the brand you used as a kid again..smell it...and create something fun. Listen to music you love and dance a bit. Take a walk in nature. Then after each activity write something....maybe not your next great novel, but write. (less)
