Mardi MaxwellOnly 24 days until the release of the third book in The Doms of Club Mystique series. As usual everyone gets in on Luc and Logan Ramsey's private business and you get to meet a few more people from Rendezous Texas. The more the merrier, right? Rendezvous seems to be full of nosy meddlers but Addison is always one step ahead of them and may have poor Thor Larkin in her matchmaking plans. But, who knows? She and Jenna may get distracted by all that's going on around them with Luc and Logan and their new love. A few questions about the past are answered but of course that only leads to more questions. So, the Ramsey's and their friends are in for some surprises and a lot more adventure. I'll be on a blog tour April 20th through the 27th and several blogs in May and June as well. I will place information about those types of things here on this blog as I get it. There are going to be some great giveaways coming up. I'm also forming a street team and I'll let you know how that's going as well. I intend to keep you posted on what I'm working on and release dates on this blog. She's going to dig until she finds out the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. She knows most of it already but admitting you have a problem is the first step on the journey to healing. What do you think? Is she woman enough to heal the broken child living inside Cade? It's a standalone, so you don't have to have read the first two books in the series, but I think you'll enjoy this one more if you have read them. The first one, TO LOVE AND OBEY, introduced the five Ramsey brothers and their friends. Its about Cade's pursuit of Addison Matthews. The second book, JACKSON'S SUB, is about Jackson's determination to win the heart of the woman he loves, Jenna Parnelle. All of the characters from the first book play a large part in his story. Addison is considered the biggest meddler in east Texas and she's turning them all into meddlers too because they all show up to take part in Luc and Logan Ramsey's pursuit of Cassie Edwards.

The Doms of Club Mystique series is doing great thanks to my wonderful readers. TO LOVE AND OBEY and JACKSON'S SUB are back in the top bestseller list on Bookstrand (bestseller in past 30 days). Their status is all due to the many wonderful readers who buy them. THEIR TEMPORARY SUB is #2 on the same list. A really great reason to celebrate. I'm busy writing Zane Ramsey's book and I hope to have it sent in by the end of the week. Zane is being a typical Ramsey, stubborn and hard-headed. His woman is going to have a hard time dealing with him but I think she's up to the job. lol

I'm so excited. The third book in The Doms of Club Mystique series is on Amazon now and it's discounted.

Also, the fourth book has been sent to the publisher and hopefully it will be coming out in late July or early August (I'll let you know). The fourth one is about Zane Ramsey and his woman, Ravyn. I've introduced a lot of new characters and several problems that are facing the Ramsey's and their friends.

Next up...poor Thor. I'm afraid Addison has got him where she wants him and he may not be able to resist the woman she's picked out for him.

The fourth book in The Doms of Club Mystique series, Zane's Choice, has been accepted and will be released in August or September 2014. I'm really excited about this book. I introduced a bunch of new and very interesting characters, and as you know with new friends come new problems for the Ramsey's.

Thor Larkin is up next and he's going on a mission to rescue Marisol Rios' sister Valentina. Marisol is insisting he take her with him. No telling what kind of trouble they're going to run into now. This book will be the first in The Doms of The Larkin Agency series. At this time I have three books planned but that could always change as I never know when a new character is going to pop up.

Other than writing I'm gardening and so far what I planted is growing and I've even picked a few cherry tomatoes already. Swimming, hiking and picnicking at a local state park near my home is next on my calendar. And, don't forget the evenings at the local drive-in movie with a carload of friends and family and homemade cheese popcorn and sweet tea.

Other than that I'm working on another book for the Doms of Club Mystique series to tie up all the loose ends then I'm starting a new series, The Doms of the Larkin Agency. Thor Larkin's story is up first.

My garden is coming along nicely. I've gotten a few tomatoes from it and the green beans are growing by leaps and bounds. My hollyhocks are blooming and I have plans to plant some black-eyed susans on my garden gate and a few moonflowers for the hummingbird moths along the fence.

Other than that I'm swimming and hiking with my family and going to the drive in movie in my old hometown. I hope you're having a great spring / summer as well. Stay safe and happy reading. Mardi

I'm over on Christina Ratliff's blog this week. Today she's introducing The Doms of Club Mystique series and tomorrow and the next day I'll be talking about how I came up with the idea for the series and the Ramsey brothers. There will also be an interview (some guy is asking me questions I may or may not be willing to answer lol) and there will be pictures of Rendezvous Texas and the Ramsey ranch. I'm really excited. Zane's Choice comes out on August 5, 2014 at Bookstrand. At this time I'm working on the fifth and final book in the series (it's a surprise book for my readers).

Then, Thor Larkin is up next. Addison has already set him up with the woman of her choice. lol I wonder who she'll go after next? Mac or Ben? Hmmm?

My garden is producing green beans and lots of tomatoes. The tomatoes are ripening all at once so I'm cooking every recipe I have that calls for tomatoes and then freezing it. Marinara, goulash, and meatloaf as well as several soups. I have tons of green beans but I love them so they're getting eaten as fast as I pick them. My potatoes didn't do very well and one of my poblano peppers died. I think because of the heat. I'm pulling those out of the garden and planting for fall now.

Did you know there's such a thing as too much sun? Yup. I usually swim at an indoor pool but I went swimming with my grandson at a state park and after three hours I broke out in a horrible, itchy rash. My doctor said people with Irish, Scottish or Scandinavian backgrounds tend to get this. Using lots of sunscreen (which I did) will help but for me there will be no more long periods of time in the sun.

I'm joining a ceramic class for fun and going to the drive-in movie with friends. I just returned home after a little trip around Texas so now it's time to settle down and get busy writing.

Summer is going fast and Fall will be here before I know it. I hope you're enjoying your summer and making time for friends and family and, of course, reading.
