I'm really excited. Zane's Choice comes out on August 5, 2014 at Bookstrand. At this time I'm working on the fifth and final book in the series (it's a surprise book for my readers).

Then, Thor Larkin is up next. Addison has already set him up with the woman of her choice. lol I wonder who she'll go after next? Mac or Ben? Hmmm?

My garden is producing green beans and lots of tomatoes. The tomatoes are ripening all at once so I'm cooking every recipe I have that calls for tomatoes and then freezing it. Marinara, goulash, and meatloaf as well as several soups. I have tons of green beans but I love them so they're getting eaten as fast as I pick them. My potatoes didn't do very well and one of my poblano peppers died. I think because of the heat. I'm pulling those out of the garden and planting for fall now.

Did you know there's such a thing as too much sun? Yup. I usually swim at an indoor pool but I went swimming with my grandson at a state park and after three hours I broke out in a horrible, itchy rash. My doctor said people with Irish, Scottish or Scandinavian backgrounds tend to get this. Using lots of sunscreen (which I did) will help but for me there will be no more long periods of time in the sun.

I'm joining a ceramic class for fun and going to the drive-in movie with friends. I just returned home after a little trip around Texas so now it's time to settle down and get busy writing.

Summer is going fast and Fall will be here before I know it. I hope you're enjoying your summer and making time for friends and family and, of course, reading.
