Hi, booklovers! I'm glad you stopped by! :)

A little about me: I'm a YA sci-fi/fantasy author (with some children's and women's lit on the side). I'm also the proud owner/creator of a fandom candle shop called The Bookish Flame. You can find it on Etsy @ www.etsy.com/shop/thebookishflame and on IG @thebookishflame .

What else I do: When not writing, I spend time with my furry best friend, Mennie, do yoga (YWA community), fangirl over Doctor Who (River + 11 = Forever) and take photos for my #bookstagram (@authorjenniferlkelly). I also post unboxing videos and book reviews on my YouTube channel (JenniferKelly427) a couple of times a week.

Who I love: Some of my favorite authors include Maggie Stiefvater, JK Rowling, Leigh Bardugo, Marissa Meyer,

Even if you write something totally ridiculous, you can always edit it out later, but it may be just what you need to get over the hump. Also, I make the commitment to write almost every single day, even if it is only a few hundred words.(less)

Crooked Kingdom (A YA Book Review)

Crooked Kingdom (A YA Book Review):

In a nutshell: Whereas, SoC was a fast-paced heist, CK is a slow simmer. As Kaz would say, brick by brick. A great ending to the duology with the possibility of more down the line. 4/5 stars.
