Whitechapel
I feel ashamed, I haven't written anything for 3 days now.
It's certainly a struggle to juggle my home life, work life and my new found passion for storytelling.
Hopefully, this weekend and being back at Whitechapel next week will give me the inspiration and time I need to continue on with Tina's journey.
I predict a very large coffee, some Killers tracks, and head down in my iPad will be needed after my construction site visit next week.
It's certainly a struggle to juggle my home life, work life and my new found passion for storytelling.

I was asked by one of my esteemed colleagues yesterday if my latest Novel were to be a film, what theme tune would I have at the ending credits?
Well, instantly I knew it had to be 30 Seconds to Mars and 'The Kill (bury me). The lyrics are more than fitting with my story and the mood in the music video is excellently portrayed by the band.

Tina
A few days ago I sat in the heart of Whitechapel writing the next chapter of my latest project 'Tina', at a generic coffee house waiting for another exciting construction site meeting to start.
I decided to walk the streets with my camera phone in hand and snap away to get a real feel for the story. It was at this moment that I realised the setting was absolutely perfect, the market stalls were as I pictured them and Brady street a significant location in the story had the dark mysterious feel I was looking for. I imagine at night the empty shell of the old hospital building overlooking Whitechapel-road could be quite menacing.

The Adventures of Jamie Pond
Jamie Pond in Rise of the Heron is the first of seven books under the title "The Adventures of Jamie Pond".
This is the first book I have written and hope to have the next book ready for the middle of 2016. 'Jamie Pond in Rise of the Thunder ??????' (the rest of the title is a closely guarded secret)
The series is aimed at 7 - 11 year olds and of course the older kids 11-105 year olds.
