- Michelle always dreamed of writing a novel. As a child she wrote horror stories in ghoulish black italic script and penned articles for the local newspaper on litter, abandoned railways and school bullies.

In 2009 Michelle was featured in the Stratford Literary Festival Anthology with her one-page story Fish Soup Day. Inspired by this success she began writing short stories and is widely published in UK and Australian magazines.

Born in leafy Warwickshire - Shakespeare’s own county - as far from the sea as it is possible to be, Michelle married Brian and raised her two sons Robert and Benn.
