He started his career at The Cleveland Clinic as a junior engineer, before moving into data engineering in the health-tech space. Having interviewed hundreds of data engineering and software engineering candidates, Sean writes on Medium and LinkedIn frequently.

His background includes an MBA from Cleveland State University, employment at The Advisory Board, GoPro and GoodRx, as well as the creation and launch of a data-ingestion SAAS and a data engineering interview prep iOS app.
