Easy... I dig deeply to get enough information on the subject to know and understand it fluently and let a first draft flow organically, shutting out my inner editor. So what exactly is Japandi?

Japandi is an interior design style combining neutral colors, Japanese minimalism and wabi-sabi ways, and Scandinavian practicality. It is clean lines, pale colors and bright airy rooms that produce a soothing easy look. Japandi is the harmonious interaction between gentle and clean Nordic lines merged with Japanese refinement and elegance. Above is one example from my portfolio of Japandi-inspire

Dwight David Eisenhower
“Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron.”
Dwight D. Eisenhower

William W. Purkey
“You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth.”
William W. Purkey

Marcus Tullius Cicero
“A room without books is like a body without a soul.”
Marcus Tullius Cicero

J.K. Rowling
“If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.”
J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Mark Twain
“If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.”
Mark Twain
