New stories on my website
As many of you know, I love to write short stories. It’s a fun challenge to try to create a world and tell a story with a word limit.
And since I write in English and not in my native language, I have discovered that short stories is a good way to train my English writing voice.
If you are interested in reading them, many of my stories can be read online, see a list here, with direct links to the stories.
I have also several stories published in different anthologies. I have now select...

Here be Monsters!

Tis the season for spooky tales! Get yourself one of the monster books from Fox Spirit Books, edited by yours truly.
We know them from ancient legends and tales whispered by the campfire. They don’t sparkle or have any interest in us except to tear us apart. Forgotten, unknown, misunderstood, overused, watered down. We want to give them a renaissance, to reestablish their dark reputation, to give them a comeback, let the world know of their real terror.

The story is this month’s Future Tense Fiction story, a speculative fiction series and collaboration between Arizona Sta...
