You could try the software program called 'Write or Die' but in my experience, just write anything. That might mean leaving your main project whilst you do something else. I usually have at least two projects on the go so that I can switch if I get stuck on one.
The other advice is don't worry about getting it right first time, as long as you know you are in for many, many re-writes, it doesn't really matter too much what the first draft looks like as long as the story is good.(less)

The Hunger

Julian stood on the railway platform, minding his own business. It was something he was very good at, years of practice allowing him to blend in; his plain features, chocolate brown hair and eyes allowed him an anonymity that some others, he knew, would pay a fortune for.

He sensed the old man’s approach before he saw him, the shuffling steps so at odds with the rhythmic pace of the other commu

“Conlan could not wrench his gaze away as the legionaries in the distance lost cohesion and closed in on each other, their formation compromised no space to fight, many on the front line turned to take flight.”
Jason K. Lewis, Empire under siege

“Sound vigilance!” Conlan shouted. He could only hope that this would be enough to attract the attention of the troops that were now isolated, fighting for their lives beyond his new front, and show them their path to salvation. The westerly sun was bright and low - the advantage would belong to the enemy, with its light at their backs. Through a sea of running blue and silver legionaries a gap in the crumbling wall of steel had opened wide.”
