Anais Torres (1988) was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago, where the vibrant rhythms of her Puerto Rican heritage shaped her love for storytelling early on. By the age of 12, she was already deep in the world of online fanfiction, weaving stories full of heart, humor, and drama long before she knew they were laying the foundation for her future.

A graduate of Lake Forest College in 2010, Anais began her creative journey as a published poet and spoken word artist while still in high school. Her involvement in youth service projects and passion for expressive writing gave her a platform to speak, share, and connect with others through words.

3 Stars For Cinder & Ella by Kelly Oram

Let me start this review by saying, this was the teen romance my soul needed this week.That said, this book isn’t the most original story.
