My husband, Greg, and I co-authored this book. Greg is a journalist with 37 years experience, including 17 at USA Today. Lindy Boeck From Ordinary Grace
Frank: I only want her to be happy.
Emil: In my experience, it's (happiness) only a moment's pause here and there on what is otherwise a long and difficult road. No one can be happy all the time. Better, I think, to wish for …wisdom, a virtue not too fickle.

Ummm...Thought-provoking :)

Lindy Boeck Mark Twain says: "Don't read good books. There isn't time for that. Read only the best." I love this quote in theory, but it just doesn't work!

Lindy Boeck I just discovered that you can customize your "to-read" list. For example, I have 20+ books I want "to-read". You can prioritize which books you esp want to read. In your profile, click on "to-read" and you'll see numbers to the left of your list. Click on the number and put a #1 or #4. Press save.

Lindy Boeck Welcome to Jo and Erin W! There are 8 of us now and hopefully a few more will join. I wish you all knew one another as I do; we are of similar taste and love of books. I just set up my "favorite books" shelf today ~ took me a couple of weeks to get the hang of it. I will put books on that shelf sparingly…only special books. May I suggest that at some point you do that, too. I know that your favorite books would be ones I'd want to read at some point.

Lindy Boeck Hello, I'm trying this 'comment' box at the bottom of my page to see what this does. I'm thinking it provides us a way to speak to all of us at once. We'll see! If I reach you, check out " Goodreads Choice Awrds 2013: the best Books of the Year". There are great-sounding books to consider.
