He quickly realized his time working as both a financial advisor and sales manager with some of these top firms over almost two decades, exposed him to much high-level training which could be applied to both personal lives as well as any professional career.

He also realized many others would benefit from this information, so Ken Poirot decided to compile the best of this training in order to make it accessible and applicable for anyone who had an interest. He combined all of this with trial and error uses/enhancements (real-world applications), personal stories, real-world experiences, and observations, creating the book, "Mentor Me: GA=T+E—A Formula to Fulfill Your Greatest Achievement".
