Meet V2 of the Blogilates Ballerina Dress
V2 of the Blogilates Ballerina Dress was inspired by unsatisfied people. 
First, they didn’t like the neckline and said it was unflattering. Then, they said the straps were too skinny and supportive. Fine fine fine. Let’s make some changes for V2.

These were my must-keeps for V2 of the Ballerina Dress:
– Twirlability and the tiered mesh skirt.
– The built-in shorts with the anti-cameltoe front panel and DEEP pockets.
– Stretchy fabric.
– Adjustable straps.
And this is what I changed:
– I traded in the skinny straps for thicker straps.
– I killed the wide, square neckline and added a sweetheart neckline that cinches in the center to give that leotard vibe.
– I also added an inner shelf bra to help with the support aspect!
I was bummed you didn’t love V1 but you know what, I’ve been watching reviews and it seems like everyone who tried it on is pleased so your comments guided the right design direction!
This dress comes in 4 colors in xs to 3x and is avail at Target rn! I’m 5’5” wearing the xs.

Omg omg omg my new Blogilates holiday drop launched at Target on Saturday, and this time you can find it in most stores!! SO… let’s go shopping.
I arrived at my store before 7am on Saturday to take a quick peek at the collection before the store opened. When you go, remember it’s not front of store like it was in Jan! You’ll find it in the women’s activewear section. Also, keep in mind that I have zero control over merchandising and I think all of the stores are a little different as far as the products available!

Ahhh it’s still so surreal to see. I noticed the outfit I’m wearing right away – The Boatneck Crisscross Tank Top and Ballerina Skort in burgundy. YES it’s a set and burgundy is one of the new colors that I’m obsessed with. This and the new royal blue are so striking and beautiful.
So you know the Ballerina Skort because umm you literally cleared the racks of it last time. It’s twirly, stunning and has pockets! The Boat Neck Tank is new and I just think the neckline makes the entire outfit look more chic. I love the little crisscross detail on the back and how the darts in the front cinch me in.
One thing I noticed that was missing right away in my store is the Bonfire Fleece. I’m so sad it wasn’t there because I am OBSESSED with it. It is so soft and cozy so maybe go see if it’s in your store and lmk?!
Fashion showI wanted to do a little dressing room try-on and it took wayyyy longer to film than planned because I didn’t want people to hear me. So embarrassing. Anyway, tell me which outfit is your fave!

Science of the hoodie 🧪
Why do I look so much better in the Cloud Hoodie than some random oversized hoodie?
Science
Here’s the science behind the fashion.
1. The shoulder seamThe basic grey hoodie has a higher placement on the shoulder seam, which makes my shoulders look more narrow and makes me look uptight. The Cloud Hoodie has a drop shoulder seam, which makes my shoulders appear wider. This contributes to the hourglass look, which makes your waist look smaller and more defined.
2. The shapeThe grey hoodie is more boxy and does nothing for my shape. It’s just blah. The Cloud Hoodie has an inverted triangle shape (remember the wider shoulder line?) which again, helps with that hourglass illusion.
3. The sleevesThe narrow sleeves on the grey hoodie do nothing for my body. Plus omg they can be so umcomfy. The voluminous sleeves on the Cloud Hoodie do two things. First, that volume on top adds to the hourglass look. The volume up top also just balances out the width of your hips so you have shape instead of looking like a box.
4. The hoodOmg why do so many hoodies make our heads look like EGGS?! It is just not it. We want a wide, enchanted hood that lets your hair peek through.
5. The fabricIsn’t the main point of a hoodie to feel cozy? So many standard hoodies, like the grey one, have thin, not even super soft lining. The Cloud Hoodie has plush, super soft Cloud Fabric. You can literally see the difference, so you can imagine how different they feel.

Of course all of our bodies are very different and we’re all looking for different things when it comes to the look and fit of our hoodie. But the hourglass shape is always something I look for, and something you may consider if you’re on the hunt for a new hoodie this fall!

A new frontier: Popflex Denim.

What am I?
What started as tough workwear for miners and cowboys has now turned into a universally loved closet essential.
However, there was always one thing I didn’t love about my jeans: they were never comfortable enough. In fact, that line in my poem “my body broke the rules” is about how I wasn’t ever able to fit into jeans until I was 12. I grew up chubby, and not only did the girls in the locker room make sure I knew that, so did every jean in every department store.
So, 3 years ago, I asked myself: how do I bring the mobility and flexibility of activewear into denim? I felt like it was my duty to make jeans as comfortable as leggings.
I am so proud to introduce you to Popflex DenimJeans so stretchy you could do the splits in them! With (real) deep pockets, a heart-shaped seam to lift your backside, a subtle V waistline to hourglass your silhouette, and the perfect construction to create a leg lengthening effect, these will finally be the pair of jeans you won’t want to take off.
Ahhh they’re SO GOOD. The superstretch fabric is literally the stretchiest denim I’ve felt in my life.

You can choose from two covers: colorful or black with holographic shine. I know both are stunning and it may feel hard to choose but trust me you cannot go wrong because they’re both the exact same inside!
What’s insideOver the years, we’ve added and perfected the details of this planner to make it so you can track everything in one place. When you open your planner (after you write your name ofc), you’ll find some self-improvement pages that get you thinking deeper about yourself. Gotta spend a little quality time with yourself to get ready for the next part, which is…
Goal planning.
List your goals for 2026 here. Really think about your vision. Once that’s done, you’ll be into the main area of the planner AKA Jan-Dec.
Here you’ll find a monthly spread and a place for you to write out your smaller goals and how you’re going to accomplish them. There’s also a habit tracker, cycle tracker, and measurement tracker for if you’re on a fitness journey!
Next up, a weekly spread which is just a full on workout planner with a grocery list.
Then we get into the daily pages that look like your typical planner with some bonus features! You have space for your daily to-do list, plus a place to track your mood, sleep, hydration and meals.
At the end of each month, you’ll reflect on everything you set out to do at the beginning and what you accomplished! Give yourself ALL the credit before sliding into a new month.
It’s not like a regular plannerIt’s a cool planner with fun features like workout challenges and healthy recipes sprinkled throughout! There are also plenty of blank pages in the back for jotting down thoughts and ideas and a pocket with stickers!

TBH I wasn’t sure how the vibes were gonna be since like 99% of us would be meeting for the first time, but somehow it worked…somehow it was comfortable, fun, and light, and people even asked if we were a bachelorette group!? I saw people exchanging numbers and planning future hangouts (yay for adult friendships) and that made my heart so happy.
I’m so grateful for every single one of our customers because without your support, enthusiasm, and genuine belief in the designs, I would not be able to live out my childhood dream every single day.
I’m also very grateful to my team who genuinely cares about you guys so much. Ideas like Girl Dinner aren’t about ROI, profit, or selling anything. That’s not the point. The point is to connect, make friends and enjoy an evening out with other like minded girlies because why? Because we can. So let’s.

The reason why I stopped making fitness videos
I never fully addressed the question of why I stopped making fitness videos. The short answer is… I quit for my mental health, my confidence, and my emotional health.

My entire wellbeing took a beating over the course of a decade. People were constantly commenting on my body, questioning why I didn’t look the way they thought a fitness instructor should look. They said I was too chubby, too skinny, and not muscular enough. They said my butt was too flat. Why didn’t I have a 6-pack?
I screenshotted some of the comments to give you an idea of what I was seeing on a regular basis.
And it wasn’t just the comments. Maybe I could have handled that. But when other content creators started making videos about me not only to say the same things but also to purposefully paint me in a bad light because they knew putting “Blogilates” in their video title could draw more views and therefore more Adsense ($), why would they stop?
I didn’t know these people yet they talked about me like they knew everything about me, oftentimes making up lies to make a point. The thing with the internet is – everyone has an opinion – and the loudest ones usually win, regardless of the facts. Unfortunately, their opinions started poisoning my confidence until I had none left. I am so sorry but I had to leave to save myself.
[image error]I didn’t need it anymoreI didn’t know for sure that my last fitness video would be my last. What I did know was that I didn’t need this anymore. So I decided to just change up my content and show you more of my fashion design side.
And do you know what happened? I never got another negative comment about my body.
Thank you for being niceStepping away from fitness videos opened my eyes to how toxic the fitness industry really is. The comment section has an entirely different vibe now, and I’d just like to thank you. Every nice comment is helping to slowly heal a very broken part of me.
