I pulled out my flash drive tonight. The holy grail of all I've written. The words you've seen, absorbed, and read, and the words that remain hidden from the world. The painted prose just waiting to be brought to life. I have stared at it for over a year, probably longer. It's housed with the diamonds and gold of my thoughts and dreams, the stories that live in my mind, just waiting to come alive.

Comfort FoodSo, I am often asked about books, because people that know me, know that I literally eat books. I always recommend this book to everyone. Honestly, Ms. Thomas can thank me for about 50 of her book sales. Regardless, I think if you like this book it can lead you to some of the most incredible reads ever. When I get you hooked, I give you about 50 more. Then suddenly you're hiding in the bathroom with your book, kids are going unfed and husbands are flicking the lights off and on at midnight wondering when you're coming to bed and by the time you get there you're a jumbled mess of heightened nerves. Ah, the joys of great reading.
