C.M. Healy currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife, dog, and two giant cats where he taught seventh grade science. When he's not busy with teaching and writing, he enjoys building Lego sets, playing video games, reading comic books (The Flash is his favorite), and watching TV with his best buddy, his wife. He earned the distinguished award of Eagle Scout during high school and went on to obtain his masters in child development from Oklahoma State University. How do you deal with writer’s block?

If anything, I'll take a lot of time thinking through plots scenarios or continuity issues to make sure they seem reasonable. I don't ever want to over explain, but problems and solutions need to be plausible and believable. But I always have ideas flowing and changing.
IF I do get stumped best thing to do is let it go and not keep harping on it. That's when you start forcing the issue and the story doesn't flow well. Your mind will keep thinking on the issue subconsciously and you never know what will inspire you moving forward.(less)
