John William Curley is an American author of historical fiction infused with healthy doses of romance and the supernatural. His experiences as an avid traveler, particularly in Europe, have resulted in the incorporation of cultural and historical elements in his novels.
John grew up as a fan of writers such as W.B. Yeats and Leon Uris while he honed his own skills through the study of English and writing in college. During this period, he was awarded the annual English and Poetry award at his respective school.
His first novel, Passages of Sorrow, was published in 2007. The Sea Giveth followed with a release in 2012. He is currently working on a third novel entitled Lady Agnes Black as well as a revised edition of Passages of Sorrow.
