This right here pisses me off. Yes Trey said the words, but this whole thing was orchestrated BY Dante. “Saying you fucked that up.” Is putting the entire blame on Trey when Dante, if facing Trey as was written, was talking to Trey he should’ve seen her walking towards them. Also, Dante could’ve and should’ve said that he provoked him, but was too much of a coward to admit it. It’s part of the reason he’s one of my least favorite main characters (PS the order is 5. Dante; 4. Riley (Tao’s mate) 3. Harley; 2. Jesse; 1. Tao (nothing likable IMO). They talk about how smart he is and how he knows things, he knew what he was doing here it all it does is make him a jerk. I’ve read all the books and he’s just icky, though nowhere near as much as Tao.
