I currently live in Austin, Texas with my wife Margaret, and our dog, Bailey. We moved here in 2010 from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I've always loved to read books, even when I was in grade school. I enjoyed the way a good novel could sweep you away from your reality and drop you in someone else's. I never had enough time to spend writing until an unfortunate illness forced me into an early retirement, but you know how the old saying goes, when fate hands you a lemon...

My favorite authors are; James Lee Burke, Michael Connelly, Robert Crais, Craig Johnson, Lawrence Saunders, just to name a few.
