Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Cam is the oldest of four siblings. After soaking in the beautiful tales of video games throughout his childhood, he decided that he had his own great stories to tell. With the intention of designing Video Games, he enrolled in the Game Art and Development program at Southern New Hampshire University. However, he is experimenting with other methods of letting out this creative energy. He currently lives in downtown Indianapolis with his dog, Hank, but hopes to move somewhere that will allow him to see the Ocean. Cam is also a fan of Sushi, Horror Films, and Electronic Dance Music.

Books are a lot like Play Doh -- when you play with it, you don't really have an idea of what you're going to end up making. Just write. Write what you're feeling, etc. And be sure to give yourself a deadline!
One of my struggles with writing is that I tend to immerse myself in the thought that a book can be perfect. The problem with this, of course, is there is no literal "formula" for creating the perfect book. What some people may consider a masterpiece, others will call it garbage. So, naturally, when you look back on your writing, you'll ALWAYS find something that you want to change. Don't get caught up in writer's limbo.(less)
