I'm a 30 year old SAHM to three girls and am married to the most amazing man. I grew up in a small farming community in northern Alberta before moving to the "big city" at 20.
I write for the same reason I breathe, because it is necessary for my survival. I've been writing since childhood and actively keeping what I write since I was twelve. I love looking back and seeing who I was then reflected in the words I wrote. You can still see who I am now in the words I write today.

For example, if I were to describe a coffee cup, I would need to avoid the use of the words "hot, coffee, cup, mug, caffeine" etc. It would come up something like "A cylindrical beverage container, open on one end with a handle on the outside. Often decorated, mine is white with a geometric pattern on the outside. Often used to contain liquids just shy of the boiling point, this object is useful for transporting a typical morning stimulant from it's brewing station to my mouth."(less)
