"A little too predictable, a little too unrealistic. I’m a little fatigued with authors adding lgbtq characters just to check that box. Only 1/5 of the population is lgbtq so why does it have to represented in 100% of books?!?"

| Interesting premise, very well-researched but underwhelming execution. The past timeline was good; the modern day (2023) timeline was poorly executed. There was an unnecessary romance & the murder mystery failed to land. | |
