सोच रहा था आर.के लक्ष्मण के दुनिया से विदा होने पर एक लेख लिखूं लेकिन लेख में वो कहना बेहद मुश्किल होगा जो तुमने आम-आदमी के लिये किया इसलिये कविता लिख रहा हूं…..

विख्यात कार्टुनिस्ट लक्ष्मण के जाने पर…..

आइने फूट चुके हैं :

तुम ना तो कभी कम्युनिस्ट बन पाये

ना ही कभी किसी रंग का झंड़ा लेकर चले

आपूर्चुनिस्ट होना तुमने सीखा ही नहीं था ।

फिर भी अब जब तुम चले गये तो

इतना मैं कहूंगा कि अब अखबारों के पन्नों पर सच कौन बोलेगा ?

कौन कहेगा वो सच बेबाकी से

जिसके नाम पर अब सिर्फ विज्ञापन बनते हैं

जो अब निलाम करने लायक भी नहीं बचा है

जो पहले से एडजस्ट किया जा चुका है ।

अब पत्रकार सिर्फ तमाशा करते हैं

वो अपनी अपनी नौकरी बचा रहा हैं

रोज़ बैठे नाखुन चबा रहे हैं

मुझे उम्मीद साहित्यकारों से थी

वो भी अब मंचों पर भाषा का रोना रो रहे हैं

लगता था टीवी तो न्याय करेगा

वहां तो पहले ही राजनेताओं का पैसा लगा है

फिल्मों से उम्मीद बाकी है

लेकिन वहां भी कोई कहानी नहीं सुनना चाहता

चाहता है तो ‘वोड़का’ जो काम हो रोज़ का

राजनैतिक पार्टियां तो आम-आदमी के इश्तहारों को

मैनिफैस्टो बना कर भूल जाती है

सपनों का व्यापार उनका पुराना शौक है….

ऐसे में तुम थे जो आइना बनकर सामने आते थे

सच्चाई से रोज़ मुंख धुलाते थे

जिसे रोज़ देख कर हम मुस्कराते थे

लेकिन अब पान की पीक

और खून के रंग का फर्क बताना मुश्किल है

कार्टून पर भी जेहाद की जंग छिड़ी है

चार्ली हेब्दो का नाम तो सुनकर ही मरे हो…

अब उनसे कहना की चलो ट्विटर-फेसबुक पर सच लिखते हैं

बच्चों के खून के दृश्य शेयर करते हैं

वट्सऐप को देखकर आगे बड़ाते हैं…

अब जो भी करना हो करो…लेकिन सच का नाम मत लेना

आइना एक ही था और अब वो भी फूट गया है…….

छुटपन के दिन" मकसद : ये महज़ किताब नहीं है । ये उस श्रृंखला की पहली सीरीज़ है जिसे हमने शुरु किया है और उन बच्चों तक इसे पहुंचाने की कोशिश है जो स्कूली शिक्षा के बीच कहीं ना कहीं पीछे छूट जाते हैं । कुछ ऐसे भी बच्चे हैं जो स्कूल ही नहीं जाते । ऐसे बच्चों से जुड़े तमाम लोगों तक ये किताब पहुंचाना जरुरी है । ताकि बच्चे पढ़ते रहें ।
किताब में पांच किस्म की कहानियां हैं जो फैंटेसी की बजाये आम जिंदगी से ली गई हैं । जिनका मकसद शिक्षा के साथ इंटरटेंनमेंट करना है ।

कहानी "हाथ की सफाई" : हमारे विज्ञापनों ने ये आसानी से समझा दिया है कि हाथ धोना क्यों जरुरी है ? फिर भी डायरिया से लाखों बच्चें मरते हैं । इसलिय़े विभिन्न एन.जी.ओ के साथ , सड़कों पर बच्चों से बात करते हुए ये कहानी रची ।
आप भी पढ़ें और पढ़ायें । हम छापते रहेंगे । पहुंचाते रहेंगे । शेयर करते रहेंगे ।

दैनिक भास्कर के एडिटोरियल में चेतन भगत का एक लेख पढ़ा शीर्षक था " रोमन हिंदी के बारे में क्या ख्याल है" । इस लेख में चेतन ने अपनी संभ्रात सोच को थोपने की कोशिश की है । एक मित्र मे Goodreads में ये कहकर कमेंंट किया कि चेतन भगत की वजह से उन्होंने टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया का एडिटोरियल पढ़ना छोड़ दिया । अब भास्कर की बारी है ?

लेकिन मुद्दा यहां अखबारों का नहीं है । जिस तेज़ी से हिंदी की लोकप्रियता बड़ रही है . उसे देखते हुए गूगल जैसे दिग्गज़ों को हिंदी कंटेट के लिये अलग से इनवेस्टमेंट करना पड़ रहा है । चेतन के इस लेख में हिंदी को एक ऐसी भाषा के तौर पर दिखाया गया है जो मानो नये ज़माने के साथ तालमेल नहीं बैठा पा रही है । उन्हें इस बात का ज़रा भी अंदाज़ नहीं लगता है कि सहूलियत और भाषा दोनों अलग अलग चीज़ें हैं > अब इसके लिये चेतन भगत के बगुला भगत जैसी छोटी सोच को ही जिम्मेदार ठहराया जा सकता है । WHATSAPP और SMS में जैसा की वो खास ज़ोर देते हुए कहते हैं कि हिंदी कि लिपी फिट नहीं बैठती । लेकिन सच तो ये है कि वहां अंग्रेज़ी की लिपी भी फिट नहीं होती है । वो सहूलियलत की भाषा है ना कि वहां लिपी का सवाल है । वहां COOL को KZ या LOL ,BRB,UR,HZ U इस तरह से तोड़ा जाता है । अब क्या इसके लिये सरकार को ऐसे संस्थान या स्कूल खोलने चाहिए जो अंग्रेजी के इस स्तर को पढ़ा सके ?

हिंदी विश्व की चौथी सबसे ज्यादा पढ़ने वाली भाषा है । भारत में मॉरियशिस और फिजी जैसे कई देशों से छात्र सिर्फ हिंदी की ही पढ़ाई करने के लिये यहां आते हैं ।

हिंदी न्यूज़ देखने और देवनागरी भाषा में समाचार पढ़ने वालों की संख्या अंग्रेज़ी से कोसों आगे है । जब संविधान को इसमें दखल नहीं है तो भला चेतन भगत ये अजीबोगरीब दखल देने वाले कौन होते हैं ? जबकि वो खुद लेखक हैं , क्या किसी भी लेखक को आप उसकी भाषा में ये कहकर लिखने से रोक सकते हैं कि भाई अब WHATSAPP और SMS में आपकी लिपी नहीं चलती है ?

ये लिपी होती क्या है ? दरअसल ये भाषा कि आत्मा होती है , जिसकी संरचना से भाषा बनती है ये कोई एक और दो दिनों का खेल नहीं है इसमें सदियां लगती हैं । भाषा की यात्रा किसी भी बोली से निकलकर विस्तृत होने की यात्रा है । ये नदी कि यात्रा जैसी है । जो गंगोत्री से निकल कर कई किस्म के शहरों कस्बों की बोलियों के शब्दों को अपने में मिलाती हुई भाषा नाम का समुद्र बनाती है । अब ऐसे में कोई उसकी लिपी या उस मेमौरी को छीन ले जिसे लिपी कहते हैं तो ये बड़ा ही खतरनाक होगा !

दरअसल जब कोई भी लेखक खुद को पाठकों से ऊपर समझने लगता है तो वो ऐसे ही ऊल जलूल सवाल उठाता है । ऐसे में वक्त के साथ साथ उस लेखक का मार्केटियर चेहरा सामने आता है । जो सिर्फ बाज़ार की मांग पूरी करता है । जो गन्ने की मशीन में गन्ना डालने की तरह है । इससे आगे उसकी सोच या तो जाती नहीं या सिर्फ चालू लोकप्रियता के लालच में वो आगे नहीं बड़ना चाहता । वक्त ने कई गुना बड़े बेस्ट सेलर कहे जाने वाले चेतन भगतों को पीस दिया है । वो बाज़ार के नाम पर महज़ चटपटे चूरन बेचने वाले रह गये । जिनके चूरन रंग-बिरंगे होने की वजह से बिके तो खूब मगर बाद में ना चूरन वाला याद रहा ना कि चूरन ।

अगर कोई सालों तक किसी भाषा के अध्ययन के बावजूद उसका देवनागरी स्वरुप नहीं पढ़ पाता है तो ऐसे में हार देवनागरी में लिखने वाले ना तो उस लेखक की है , ना सरकार की है , ना ही शिक्षा व्यवस्था की है । हार उस मंद बुद्दि की है जो समाजिक ढ़कोसलों के बीच 3 महीने में अंग्रेज़ी का क्रैश कोर्स कर अंग्रेज़ी तो सीखने पर मजबूर है लेकिन 8 साल की पढ़ाई के बाद भी हिंदी को देवनागरी में पढ़ नहीं सकता ।

ओह्ह आई कांट रीड देवनागरी कहने वाले ट्टटपूंजिये आपको हिंदी विज्ञापनों की दुनिया से लेकर फिल्मों सीरियलों मे ही बहुत मिल जाएंगे । लेकिन जब इनके बीच में से कोई प्रसून जोशी खड़ा होता है तो सबकी बोलती बंद हो जाती है । जब कोई अमिताभ बच्चन दहाड़ता है तो सब बौने हो जाते हैं । जब आजतक में एस.पी सिंह ने हिंदी बोलनी शुरु की थी तो सब कहते रह जाते थे कि साला टीवी पत्रकारिता तो अब शुरु हुई है ।

कम से कम मैं लेखक चेतन भगत से इसकी उम्मीद नहीं करता था । पटकथा चाहे किसी भी भाषा में लिख लो लेकिन संवाद के लिये हिंदी वाला ही चाहिए जो कहके ले सबकी !

भाषा की सहूलियत और समझ दो अलग चीज़ हैं । समझ लिपी से आती है । भाषा का संस्कार य़ा कायदे लिपी से आते हैं । सहूलियत में आप उसे ब्रीजिलियन अंदाज़ से कहें लिखें या पढ़ें ।

अब अंग्रेज़ी के लेखन में भी दो रेखाएं हैं । पहली शेक्सपियर्स जैसे दिग्गज हैं तो दूसरे सस्ते जासूसी उपन्यासोंं और अनैतिक प्रेम संबंधों के लेखक जैसे हिंदी में एक तरफ प्रेंमचंद है तो दूसरी तरफ सुरेंद्र मोहन पाठक जिनकी किताबें भले ही ज्यादा बिकें उन पर फिल्में भी खूब बनें लेकिन क्या वो सच में चूरन नहीं हैं । चटखारा लगाओ और मज़ा लो । मज़ा आना चाहिए कि परिभाषा से पर जो लेखक होता है वो पैसे तो बनाता ही है लेकिन उसका अंत भी जासूसी उपन्यासों की क्लाइमेक्स जैसा ही होता है । बाकी लिपी किसी भी भाषा की हो वो भाषा की विरासत को संजोए है । उसे छोड़ देंगे तो हाल आइने के सामने खड़े नंगे जैसा होगा जो आइना देखकर खुद से ये कहेगा " तू अकेला नंगा नहीं है , वो आइने में कोई तेरे से ज्यादा नंगा है"

Food is religion in 2015 onwards .Try it !

There are many religious crimes we witnessed in last few decades and I think now is the time for all of us to come out from our shell and speak out loud as we enter 2015 with new aspirations.

In my point of view there is one thing that can replace religion is Food. You want to know the reasons, so get along and keep reading.



1. Easy to digest: Well every food has its own kind of digestive problems but if you compare it with religion than I think it’s much easier to digest. In religion we are so much trained in our mind that we cannot able to come out from the stale old testaments our own religion. Our sentiments can be hurt anytime.

2. Food for thought: It’s quite easy actually, you all saw someone to say “Food for thought” When we can have good food which reflects in our thoughts than why we want religion to dominate our thoughts? I think we can easily make peace for ourselves with exquisite food offering of the world.

3. No crossover problems : Food don’t have any boundries.If we want to travel from America to Bangladesh in terms of religion we can be considered as a crusader and blaw blaw effect can be taken place. Leads to catastrophic massacre to world war. Quite opposite to that you can take a burger from one place to another and eat with mouthful of taste.

4. We need religion, Religion does not need us: We are afraid species, we are afraid of any crawling things that come into our sight. For that we need a shelter of thoughts that can guide us during bad weather, situations etc. But religion never says I need you, it says be in a peace of mind. Don’t worry be happy. So I am quite confident if we leave our religious path. It is not an offense for a big hearted religions; it can be for GOD-SO-CALLED-MAN and Religious leaders. Where compare to food it need us.Don’t you hear a voice from a presentable meal or in your hungriness “Come eat me”, It’s the best spiritual call I hear.

5. You can’t change the religion easily but you can change the food :

If you are a noble Hindu or Christian and you share your desire to turn into a Muslim or Jew vice versa than you are in a deepshit , but you can easily jump from being a carnivores to vegetarian and vice versa .

6. It’s your choice : You are born in a particular houses/countries etc without giving any application yet you are a Hindu ,American ,Christian , Pakistani ,Jew, Japanese and the list goes on and on .But you can choose your own food ,depending on your taste buds. It’s your choice, it’s not the principles you need to learn like a religion or practice .It’s what you like.

7. You can live without religion but without food? : I think it says all.

8. Religious parties need food: Every religious party need food as the secret is “God is in stomach “The better you are feed the better you grow.

9. Discuss anything: You can argue about food to a stranger or discuss a new topic, and he will be yours, try to do it with religion. I can see your expressions now; you no need to say what will happen next.

10. It’s a God gift: No God has established any religion, it’s the followers, Be it a Ram For Hindus, Christ for Christians and on and on. There is only one universe/god and the Gift is Food. Feed a person, animal or anything .You will be surprised by the kind of love you will receive in return. It’s the only lesson from god.” Feed someone who needs it, you will be loved by me.”

At Every stage of life , The tree of life gives you a fruit , Some time it’s juicy , sometime it’s rough . It depends totally on your idea of Success . How you will going to perceive the fruit . When you get grapes ,you complain about you dint get Mangoes .It takes away the taste of grapes .And when you get Mangoes than you need the specific variety. Well the universe is not going to work on your terms.It works on Needs basis not on Desires and if your desires becomes your needs than only it will deliver with Terms & Conditioned .!!!
